         The proud new grandparents flew to Texas just after the delivery. It was supposed to be two weeks after, but Alex waited till she was ready. My mom was glad to meet her namesake. She made all the nursery trimmings and some extras. When she was cross-stitching a bib, though, she decided Alexandra was too long and decided A. Gail was just as appropriate.
