In our quest to update more frequently once the expected progeny has arrived (click this link to see an ultrasound photo & continue to give us your input on our baby names!), we've decided to switch to a blog-hosted system that will not require us to key in all the html code personally. (Check out our very first entry with photos of our new apartment!) We hope to be much sloppier and much faster about putting up baby photos with this new system, although we're not promising anything....

To start you off, here is a picture of the ginormous belly that contains our future offspring. Steve held a maternity photo shoot on Alki Beach with our new fun-toy camera, and Amanda tried not to be bothered by the gawkers transfixed by her fecund beauty.

Look for further updates to the main page as well as a releasing of categories we never managed to update. Sometimes it's best to say goodbye.... We hope to get a selection of photos and updates up as we have time, with a baby on the way and taxes due in two weeks, and our apartment barely moved into, and a midwife home visit planned for a month from now, and Sharon visiting, and DVDs to wrap...well, don't hold your breaths or say we didn't warn you it would be slow, but look for some gradual changes.
