The rest of Saturday we had intended to be good and use the jet-lag cure of staying up till a normal bedtime in the current time zone and then getting onto a regular schedule right away. But, heck, we don't keep to a normal schedule at home. Why should England be any different? Murmuring promises that we would get up for dinner and a walk into town after a wee, eentsy nap, we settled down at 5 p.m. and awoke Easter Sunday at 6 a.m. A normal schedule, after all. Since we'd missed Saturday, we stayed here an extra night ... and got in some good reading time. Enjoy the sweater Steve's wearing, because by the end of the trip, he'd shrunk it in the wash so that it fit me instead.
