We drove to Coupeville, Whidbey Island, and looked around antique stores. We were going to try pie at the Knead 'n' Feed, but they were closed. We managed to get into this tea shop before it closed, and it was delightful! Anna's Tea Room was run by an ex-Air Force woman who had been stationed in Germany, too, and had recently been in Berlin! We picked out our teacups from her unique assortment, chose a grouping from the variety of seating arrangements, and ordered delicious cheese soup, scones and crumpets with cream and jam, and, of course, two pots of tea.
