We stopped at Deception Falls (similar name to Deception Pass but in another direction — up into the mountains) on our way to Leavenworth, Washington, a "Bavarian" village. Steve's boss, Steve Elzinga, was visiting with his wife, Marie, but this day Steve took off from work to join us — and met up with his boss and Marie in Leavenworth!
