CLASSES: CARTOONING—AUGUST '02
Speaking of things I was never able to master ... the ideas of shading and of clothing textures were lost on me. Nevertheless, the teacher was encouraging, telling us we could play to our strengths. Cartooning, more than any other drawing medium, can excuse a lack of technique as an individual's style. (Dilbert is an example.)
