MOVING TO SEATTLE, WASHINGTON
This was our home for four months. Well, the Studio 6 itself — we did switch rooms occasionally when we took trips away. (They all looked the same. Even that fake painting was in every room.) We really enjoyed our stay here — weekly maid service, free cable, and across the street a grocery store with quirky gourmet items, a movie theater, and a place to get teriyaki yakisoba, a new Northwestern favorite for us. This is the queen-size room, with a bed, easy chair (unseen), dresser, closet (unseen), desk-y table thing where Steve's working on his computer, kitchenette with cooking supplies (the only things missing, take note if you stay there: oven — no frozen pizzas, sharp knives), bathroom (beside kitchen). Cozy, which was just right for us, and it was brand-new and clean. We had brought plenty of stuff along to make our stay comfier, like our own duvet and pillows, and plenty of DVDs to play on Steve's iMac. We even brought Christmas decorations.
