Despite undertaking to spend all our remaining pfennige, centimes, and pence on candy in the train stations and airports, we accidently found this much money in our various pockets when we arrived at our apartment. It's kind of fun, though, since Europe (England excluded) was getting ready to switch to the Euro the next January — soon some of these might be collectors' items! We could keep them until they're worth a whole bunch of money, sell them, and then buy that mch more candy!
