Our first activity was to go straight for a Cornish cream ice cream cone. Whew. We ate at least two of these every day (is that healthy?) so rich, so creamy, so many fun flavors! Ginger, orange mascarpone, hazelnut, banoffee, mango, marionberries and cream, and on and on. We wanted to try them all! The other fun thing to eat was Cornish clotted cream. It sounds gross, but it's sooo yummy, like creamy butter or thick whipping cream. You can dip fruit in it or smear it on scones or have it in traditional cream tea. Our arteries had quite the workout! Good thing we eat that way only an occasional week at a time.
