ENGLAND, MAY-JUNE '04
St. George's Hanover Square was the fashionable place for the wealthy to marry, both in fact and in fiction.
One fictional couple who skipped the fashion and married in Oxford instead was Lord Peter Wimsey & Harriet Vane, who then "lived" here in the 1930s, at No. 2 Audley Square, according to mystery author Dorothy Sayers.
Exhausted by all our canoodling with the rich and famous, Steve & I parked our middle-class buns in a public park and broke out fixings for a sunset picnic.
