Suddenly, Izzie appeared with lining in hand, out of the usual silky material. I hadn't seen her whip it together on the machine. Unfortunately, it didn't fit, so she had to make another type, like this one, to account for the high crown of the cloche shape. This picture gives insight into how she must have made that one, which I also didn't see happen. I don't look gift lining in the mouth.
