I lived in Berlin from 1986-1990 and was there to see the Wall fall. I never saw Germany reunited and the wall completely removed, though ... until this trip. How exciting! I walked through the Brandenburg Gate! We stayed with Juliane (Lischka), a good friend of mine from junior high, now married to Stefan Haentsch, and they gave us the grandest tour imaginable.
